This medium-bodied EVOO makes a delicious vinaigrette when combined with FROM OLIVES TO OIL Apple Balsamic Vinegar and a drizzle of honey.  Toss it with oats, dried fruits, nuts and honey to make your own granola.   Substitute it in place of butter in your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe or crispy rice treat.  Use it in any cake recipe that calls for a vegetable oil.

Candied Pecans Ingredients 2 Cups Pecans ¼ Cup FROM OLIVES TO OIL Vanilla EVOO 2T Brown Sugar ½- ¼ t Cinnamon ¼ t Cayenne Pepper ¼ t FROM OLIVES TO OIL Sea Salt Directions Preheat oven to 350. Toast pecans on baking sheet until fragrant and lightly toasted. Place oil, sugar and spices in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add toasted pecans and toss gently to coat every piece. Pour onto a baking sheet and let cool. Store in an airtight container
